Allow me to introduce myself (Htay Kywe) as the Managing Director of Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours Ltd. I have been a tour guide since 1984, and operating my own venture for the International Tourists since 1995. Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours is 100% private FAMILY owned tour company with very experienced staffs, who conduct tours groups ranging from 1 to 50 people.
 

In response to the dramatic increase in exotic-ethnic and cultural travel, we at Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours are excited to announce the launch of our truly different type of tour Company. Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours offer a unique blend of ethnic and cultural experiences. The focus is on the more remote areas of Myanmar where traditional costumes and cultures are still intact.

For easy contact, we have a Branch Office in France. Mr .Jerome Kotry , our Resident Manager who graduated from a French Business School, he left in 1992 and worked as an export manager in a French company traveling around the world but especially in Asia, and his work introduced him to Myanmar (Burma), which he wanted to revisit as soon as possible. Returning to France, he worked as Tour Leader for several Tour Operators, especially in Vietnam and China, before joining the Myanmar Cultural and Touristic Information center in Paris in 1995, which he co-founded. He co-founded also a travel structure organizing trips to Myanmar for French travelers, and spent over a year in Myanmar between 1996 and 1997. Returning to France again, he worked as Product Manager for a French Adventure Travel Company, and was responsible for the organization of all the programmes in Asia.
