TOUR CONDITIONS TOUR PRICE All tour prices will be quoted in US $, and please note that first class accommodation is not always available in remote Up-country destinations. DISCOUNT One child under 12 years is generally granted 50% discount of tour price provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stay in the same room. The single pax will be compulsory for every 15 Pax full paying. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation charges are calculated the day written notification is received. The cancellation fees are under mentioned; (1) 15 days prior to arrival 20% on Tour Cost (2) 14 days - 7 Days prior to arrival 25% on Tour Cost (3) Less than 7 days 35% on Tour Cost (4) No show 50% on Tour Cost RESPONSIBILITY We will always pay full attention to the satisfaction of our customers due to limited facilities and unforeseen matters some irregularities might occur through it is not expected. We shall therefore not to be liable or responsible for injury, accidents, loss of damages to person or properties, delays, transport failures, weather and other factors beyond our control. REFUND After commencement of tour, no refund either in full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in the program.
