TOUR PRICE
All tour prices will be quoted in US $, and please note that first class
accommodation is not always available in remote Up-country destinations.
DISCOUNT
One child under 12 years is generally granted 50% discount of tour price
provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stay
in the same room. The single pax will be compulsory for every 15 Pax full
paying.

PAYMENT
The payment can be made by telegraphic transfer to Myanmar Investment and
Commercial Bank (MICB) through its correspondence banks in abroad stating
beneficiary to Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours Ltd., 49 First Floor (Right),
Mya Street, Kyaikkasan Qtr, Bahan PO.Sbl-11201, Yangon, MYANMAR (BURMA).
For the Individual tourists, the advance payment 25% of trip cost is compulsory
to transfer to Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours after the trip confirmation to
consume our service, and the balance can be settled on arrival day.
For the Business Partner Travel Agent, the Full payment must be made 21 days
prior to arrival.
The Service shall not be given unless remittance reaches prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation charges are calculated the day written notification is received.
The cancellation fees are under mentioned;
(1) 4 weeks prior to arrival - 25%
(2) 3 week prior to arrival - 35%
(3) 2 weeks prior to arrival - 55%
(4) 7 days prior to arrival - 75%
(5) No show - 100%.
RESPONSIBILITY
We will always pay full attention to the satisfaction of our customers due to
limited facilities and unforeseen matters some irregularities might occur
through it is not expected. We shall therefore not to be liable or responsible
for injury, accidents, loss of damages to person or properties, delays,
transport failures, weather and other factors beyond our control.
REFUND
After commencement of tour, no refund either in full or in part will be given
for unutilized services included in the program.
VISA
Visa is required and obtainable at Myanmar Embassy or Consulate abroad with a
confirmation of travel agreement from Myanmar Typical Exploration Tours Ltd.
Entry Visa for Tourist (EVT) is valid for three months.
